SERVICEDESK TRAINING
Onsite Training
$1500/per day plus travel expenses
- Onsite training includes working together in advance of the onsite visit to prepare for your software transition. Clear Learning Group will learn about your company, address your concerns, and create a transition plan. While onsite, CLG will execute the transition plan, working directly with your staff to coach them through the learning process.
Basic Online Training
$1000
- The basic online training plan consists of five 60-minute training sessions to teach basic ServiceDesk functions. This will quickly get you started with creating job records, routing technicians, inventory basics, and basic accounting.
Advanced Online Training
$2000
- The advanced online training plan consists of five 60-minute training sessions to teach basic ServiceDesk functions. Additionally, five additional hours of hands-on assistance will be provided to help with basic file setup including zones, SD-Mobile basics, and parts.
