What is an onsite implementation review?
Our onsite implementation review service is an opportunity for us to visit your business and review your current implementation. This allows us to observe the physical workflows and staff interactions for bottlenecks and blind spots.
We are able to sit one-on-one with your employees and review their processes and workflows, provide on-the-spot training, and give recommendations on how to make better use of the software to make workflows more efficient and profitable for your business.
Our comprehensive review can be targeted for a single department, or multiple departments, depending on where your pain points and issues are. We will work with you to ensure that your concerns are addressed and a path forward is developed.
How does an implementation review help with company success?
An implementation review is a chance for an outside review of the software’s integration into your business model. This can range from a high-level overview with management on pain points and addressing concerns with software or it can be a detailed one-on-one with your employees in multiple departments.
We will use our combined industry and software experience to address your pain points and make recommendations on process improvements that leverage the software solution to improve efficiency. We also use this time to identify bugs and shortfalls within the software so we can make recommendations on features for future updates to the developer.
